Who runs your project.
I am Jurica Stublić. For 4+ years I have been turning business workflows into automated systems. I work alone, so from the first call to go-live you talk to me.
I now put the experience of 50+ web projects through webica.hr into AI automation. I connect CRMs and ERPs, build AI workflows for customer support and automate webshop flows.
I work in Make.com, n8n and Zapier, with OpenAI and Claude models. I write code in TypeScript and Python.

No. The automation is built on top of what you already run: Gmail, WhatsApp, your webshop, CRM, ERP or Excel. I connect them and add the intelligence in between.
Depending on complexity, a first automation is usually live in one to two weeks. Bigger systems with several integrations take three to four weeks. Every project starts with an analysis and firm dates.
Every system ships with monitoring and error handling: a failure is logged and alerts me the moment it happens. The first four weeks include active supervision and free bug fixing. After that there is a three month warranty for critical bugs. For ongoing support there is a maintenance contract at 150 EUR per month covering changes and priority support.
A simple automation (an AI reply to email enquiries, or order synchronisation) runs from 700 to 1,500 EUR. Larger systems with several integrations and AI agents cost 2,000 to 5,000 EUR. On top of that come the running costs of the AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic), typically 20 to 150 EUR a month depending on volume. We start with a free analysis that establishes what is actually worth automating.
No. The systems are built so you can run them without technical knowledge. You get a simple interface, documentation and training on how to use the automation day to day.
I work with small and mid-sized companies, from 2 to 100 employees. Automation pays off best when a team spends 10 or more hours a week on the same repetitive task but has no budget for a full-time developer (60,000 EUR a year and up). A one-off automation at 1,500 EUR that saves 15 hours a week pays for itself in six to eight weeks.
AI automation joins classic automation (workflow tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier) with large language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini) that handle work which used to need human judgement: reading email, classifying enquiries, writing summaries, drafting replies or pulling data out of documents. The point is that systems do the repetitive but thinking work, and your people handle only the exceptions and the decisions.
Classic automation follows fixed rules: if an order arrives, send a confirmation. AI automation understands unstructured content, such as freely written emails, PDFs, voice messages and photos, and makes decisions in context. In practice that means it can answer a customer enquiry, pull line items off an invoice or summarise a meeting, not just move data from A to B.
The ones I build most often: AI agents for customer support (email, WhatsApp, web chat), automatic processing of quotes and incoming invoices, syncing a webshop with an ERP and with invoicing, generating product descriptions, summarising meetings from transcripts, and internal ask-me-anything assistants over your own documentation (RAG).
Yes. The usual integrations are Pantheon and Minimax (Croatian accounting and ERP software), Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento, through official APIs or webhooks. If a system has no API, I use alternatives such as email parsing, RPA or a database export, so your existing infrastructure stays untouched.
Data is processed in line with the GDPR. On request I use the EU regions of the AI providers (Azure OpenAI EU, Anthropic EU) or locally hosted open-source models when the data is sensitive. Access is limited by keys and roles, and every call is logged for audit. I sign an NDA and a data processing agreement with every client.
On a typical 2,000 EUR project that automates 20 hours of manual work a week (at a labour cost of 15 EUR an hour), the investment returns in about seven weeks. Over a year the same automation saves 15,000 EUR and up. The measures I track: share of requests handled automatically (target 70 to 90 per cent), average response time (from four hours to under five minutes), and error rate. All of it is visible in a dashboard I set up with every project.
