2. Scope of these terms
These terms govern use of the ai.webica.hr website, including all of its parts, its content and the free tools offered through it (the AI analysis, the contact form, and the automation examples).
By using the site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.
3. Rules of use
You undertake to use the site in accordance with the law and the following rules:
- No spam, no malicious code (malware), and no attempts to compromise the security or stability of the site.
- No automated scraping, bulk downloading of content, or attempts to circumvent protective mechanisms such as rate limits.
- Fair use of the free tools: the AI analysis is limited to five requests per IP address per day.
- No misrepresentation in the contact form, and no attempts to manipulate the results of the AI tools.
We reserve the right to block access for users who breach these rules, without prior notice.
4. AI analysis: limitation of liability
The AI analysis is a free informational tool that generates an assessment of automation opportunities based on the description you provide.
- The results are estimates generated by an AI model (Google Gemini) and may contain inaccuracies, omissions or incomplete information.
- The tool does not constitute professional advice and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified specialist.
- Use of the results, and any business decisions taken on the basis of them, are entirely at your own risk.
- The service provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the AI analysis.
For concrete decisions and for implementing automation, book a free conversation instead.
