How it works

  1. 01

    Booking and quote

    Fill in the form. I send a quote within 24 hours. Payment is due before the first meeting.

  2. 02

    First meeting, 60 minutes

    We walk through how you work today, step by step. I record the meeting with your consent.

  3. 03

    Report in 7 working days

    A written document of 6 to 10 pages. No jargon, with numbers.

  4. 04

    Second meeting, 45 minutes

    We go through the report. You decide what happens next and in what order.

After the analysis

  • The report is yours. You can act on it yourself, with someone else or with me.
  • If you sign a project with me within 60 days of the report, I credit EUR 400 towards the project price.
  • For projects of EUR 10,000 and up, the report can serve as the basis for a Croatian digitalisation voucher application. The scheme is open to companies registered in Croatia, and the call has not been published yet.

Yes, with your consent. I use the recording only to write the report. Apart from the recording tool (Fathom), no one has access to it. I delete it once the report is delivered.
No. The analysis is below the scheme's threshold and comes before the application. The project that follows can go through the voucher if both the company and the project meet the conditions of the call.
Yes. I operate outside the Croatian VAT system, so no VAT is added.
